PDD is a Government of Alberta program that provides funding to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. To be eligible individuals must have a full-scale IQ score of 70 or less.
MCHB connects Immigrant families and communities to resources for health and well-being.
The Robin Hood Association provides a wide range of programs and services to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Gateway offers family and crisis support, consultation and recreation facilitation for adults among other services.
Hope Mission offers emergency room and board for men at the Herb Jamieson Centre and a ministry van which is a modified ambulance for people in crisis among other services.
AACL does advocacy for adults and families among offering other services.
The BCC offers free/low cost birth control, pregnancy and STD testing.
ECLC provides effective advocacy and access to justice in a supportive environment to persons living with low income.

The Today Centre offers short term services and support for individuals who have experienced family violence.
The EMCN offers many services to welcome and support immigrants.
Employment
DECSA supports unemployed Albertans and helps AISH recipients with finding and keeping work.
Access to Success is a 16 week employment preparation program. Living allowance is available as well as a bonus after completion of the program. Employabilities also offers a customer service representative/ call centre program which is a 6 month full-time program focused on training toward employment within the Customer Service Industry.
OSP assists individuals develop skills for employment and offers many programs
The WSA offers day programs for individuals that receive PDD funding.
YC offers career-preparation services for youth aged 16-24.

Candora Employment Preparation Program (CEPP) is a part time employment program for women wanting to make a successful transition to employment. It is a 12 month program designed for low income women in N.E. Edmonton who have little or no work experience.

Concordia is part of an inclusive post secondary educational initiative for adults with developmental disabilities.
This program is a series of courses to assist adults with disabilities to develop the skills necessary to lead an independent lifestyle.
This program assists students in adapting curriculum, note taking, modifying assignments and exams to make the most of studying.

Marvel College has classes in artificial nails and make-up artistry.
SET is an employment preparation program.
The transitional vocational program at Olds College provides employment preparation and instructions in academics, independent living and work skills.
RDC provides on-the-job training in areas including Hotel & Restaurant services, Retial & Stock worker, office clerical and Industrial Labor, etc.
On Campus is a PDD program for adults with developmental disabilities.

BSEC is a school for at-risk youth ages 14-19.
Centre High is high schooling for students under the age of 20 on Sept 1.

Housing Options for Individuals Eligible for PDD Funding
Excel Society has programs for individuals that qualify for PDD such as community living supports, supported independent living, and supportive roommates.
GSS offers supported independent living to individuals who qualify for PDD funding.
GM offers a community enrichment program/ independent living suite program that assists adults to lead a more independent lifestyle. PDD eligibility is required.
ICE provides residential, community and home care supports to individuals who are eligible for PDD funding.
McMan has an independent living with supports program for individuals eligible for PDD who are youth ages 16-20 and involved with Children's Services. The youth may share accommodation with an adult mentor or live in his/her own apartment within the community.

Alberta Health Services offers Supportive Living Programs such as designated assisted living, personal care homes, special care homes, family care homes and mental health support homes.
Recreation
CMHA offers a day program for adults that provides opportunities to individuals with mental illness to set goals, learn skills, increase independent functioning, become active members of the community, participate in social-recreational activities and enhance their quality of life. There is a $5 fee per month.
