
ASEA members in good standing are invited to nominate candidates for the board of directors. ASEA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday September 18, 2012 where the slate of nominees will be presented. Successful candidates will serve a two-year term from September 2012 – September 2014. New Board members will take office after the AGM. Details of the location and agenda will be made available in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Society, four (4) Board positions are nominally declared vacant and interested members are invited to stand for election to the Board.
In line with the roles and responsibilities of the Board, specific skills have been identified that are sought in prospective candidates. Read more about the skills we're looking for by downloading our

Members considering nominating are encouraged to review the selection criteria and complete the
Nomination Form for the ASEA Board, making sure to address the selection criteria.
The closing date for receipt of nomination forms is 4:00pm on Tuesday July 31, 2012. Please note that nominations will not be accepted by the Nominating Committee after this date.
