Personal Trackers Help Families Keep Track of "Wandering" Children

ASEA has been very concerned about the difficulties families of children with autism face when their children wander. Over the past few months, ASEA has spoken with the Edmonton Police Service, talked with different agencies, and finally found and tested a personal tracking system that can help families locate a child or adult with autism who may wander away or go walkabout. Check the ASEA website www.autismedmonton.org and click on the EYE-ZON button on the left side for more information about the EZ 100, a personal tracking device small enough to put in your child's pocket and convenient enough that you can locate him or her using your home computer, laptop, blackberry or iPhone.
