Financial Literacy Series PART 4

Global Shapers of Edmonton is pleased to host a four-part series on financial literacy in collaboration with Autism Society of Alberta's FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRE. One session will be hosted each month online, each with a focus on a different aspect of personal finance. The sessions will equip you and your family with the knowledge and tools to feel confident in effectively managing your personal and family finances now and into the future. 

Our second session of the series on Thursday, March 30 will explore various spending and budgeting strategies, along with approaches to saving, savings vehicles (i.e. RRSP, RDSP, etc.) and setting financial goals.

This fourth and final part of the series will discuss tips for financial wellness.

How to Get Approved for Market Housing: Searching, Viewing, and Applying(

Together we will explore these stages of the housing search process, so that you can improve your chances of being approved for the housing opportunity of your choice. You will increase your confidence and familiarize yourself, so that you are prepared when you decide to make your move! For example: What should I look for in a rental? What questions should I ask when attending a viewing? What should I include on my application to rent? What might I omit? Join us to discuss and learn more.
